MIKIYE CREATIONS - Flowers and feathers for your wedding day!

Mikiye Creations
WOW -  that is the first word that comes to mind when I see the creations that Mikiye does.   She is very talented.  Did you know that she creates many of her flowers 100% from scratch. These are not store bought silk flowers that are changed - no - she starts with the raw materials and then hand presses curls and cuts the petals herself.   This is some true art right before your eyes here folks!
She uses these hand made pieces in designs as well as mixing with premade silk flower petals sometimes.
The MIKIYE CREATIONS are a luscious and romantic blend of semi-precious stones, metals, freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals, silks and feathers. Each is a unique, high quality & one of a kind design. Many of the designs are great for weddings. White and ivory's are used abundantly along with rich texture in the petal pressing.
Some of the peices are only feather puffs with other design elements embellishing them. These are so pretty and very dainty as well. Look at this one below. The feather part could be created in any color that you desire - so it would be a great option for hair decor for your bridesmaids or even for a special party like New Years Eve.

The attention to detail and dazzling shine have become Mikiye's signatures. Every piece is delicately handcrafted for you to enjoy.   I really love the way the next work of art includes all the elements,  flowers, feathers, crystals & pearls... it is a very lovely design.
Mikiye is self taught like many of the talented artisans featured in the HCC blog.   It is because of her love of art, design and creating that she has come this far. She has been creating custom designed Wedding Hair Accessories for the modern Bride for the past few years. But has been designing all sorts of accessories since 2002.
Look at this gorgeous feather flower - So pretty,  so dainty. You know - I think that some of these hair decorations would make lovely pins or corsages.   They are just so beautiful - why only have them for your hair?
When creating - Some of the materials used are Top silks, dupioni, chiffon, A and B quality freshwater pearls and Swarovski crystals and pearls.  Over the years she has recieved numerous comments from her brides about how excited they are to wear their Mikiye Creation designs and even several that have told her how they would now be a family heirloom!  Now this speaks alot about the quality and beauty of the designs!
Love the center of these flowers.   So stunning!
Now I saved the most vibrant color for last.   Just so you do know that Mikiye creates more than just wedding related flowers.   She  can make beautiful flower and feather creations to coordinate with any colors, outfit or design.  Her work is truly beautiful and unique.  You should visit her website and blog to find out more about her, also to purchase her lovely designs.

Yes sometimes the comments with blogger can be such a pain in the rear.

I have changed the settings to be for a pop up window on the comments. Maybe this will help it to work better.

Hopefully the people who tried to comment for you can have it work this time.

:)
