Wow this has been an eventful past few weeks. That's all I can say about it all. Some of it has been good... like going camping with the boys an hub. Some of it was bad... like having the flood gates open on us in the campground. Some was good .... like the fact that it wasn't in the middle of the night when we got flooded. Some was bad... like having to move and set up the entire camp a second time. Some was good... going swimming and biking. Some was bad... like being kept up till 2am in the morning with Russian music and partying from the drunkards in the campsite about 30 feet away from our tent!
Then this week... some was good... we got back home - Ahhhh a nice comfy couch and bed Zzzz. Some was bad... having to get back to work. Some was good.... blogging and getting new orders. Some was bad... Office getting struck by lightening! (yes you read that right it was struck by lightening) Some was good... getting a new 2 week old baby girl to help with foster-care and possible adoption. Some was bad... Poor thing was born addicted to Cocaine (scum bag mother) Some was good... I can log onto computer at the library and update the blog. Some was bad... can't check work emails from library :(
So anyway- as you see there were definitly some good and some bad things - it's been a mixed bag the past few weeks.
As mentioned above, this past weekend the office was hit by lightening. We have been trying to pick up the peices. Thank the Lord my desk top computer is still intact. However the modem needs to be replaced. Hope it will be shipped within the next day or so. The Laptop is fried :( a few other things are fried as well. All the phones needed to be replaced. It's been a stressful time to say the least.
So consequently I have not been able to check or reply to emails. I will have access to email once the office modem is replaced (I hope I hope)
But for now I wanted to just give everyone a heads up about the situation so that if you were waiting to hear any email reply from me - you knew what was going on. The blog was the only thing I could access from the library (which is where I'm at right now) Boy - at least I am able to access something. :)
Well if you are willing and able - Please say a prayer for us that life can get back to normal soon :) I think I will be able to access some of my website info and possibly do a new HandCrafted Creations feature tomorrow. Till then - hang tight.
:) Victoria Joanne
