This black and aqua sundress above definitly does have sweetness added to it. It's adorable. (I wish I could have one ) The little bow in the center is cute.
Kelly the bow loving gal and the Designer at Shuga Rose is an independant fashion designer who graduated from Fashion Technology in Austraila. Her inspiration comes from butterflies, Classic Glamour, Japanese culture, romance and prints. Most of her garments are custom made - Limited and made to measure. Her turn around time is about 3 to 4 weeks. She is currently located in Malaysia and ships internationally.
