GARTER DIVA
This is one of the latest designer Garter Diva creations by Victoria Joanne.
The Center of the bow has a beautiful Swarovski crystal embellishment and lovely Swarovski crystal beads dangling with crystal hearts on the end of each strand. The Band has "I Love you Mark" custom embroidered in a golden ivory thread over Light baby blue satin. It's a very traditional and elegant lace garter. Perfect for your "Something Blue"
